Oleksii Didihurov

Creator & Editor In Chief

Born on the Crimean Peninsula, he has been fascinated by botany from an early age. In his book The Florist's Confession, he explores the world of flowers and their connections to human relationships, seeking answers to questions like "Where is Great Beauty hidden?" "What is love?" and "What do flowers smell like?"

Following Crimea’s annexation, he became editor-in-chief of the national aviation publication Boryspil Magazine. In this role, he opened new horizons for Ukrainian air travelers, traveling worldwide and uniting industry leaders through the Ukrainian Aviation Forum. He also conceived the Sky Swallows Contest, dedicated to aviation fashion, and established the "People of the Sky" fund to support Ukrainian aviation workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In his articles, Alexey explores questions such as "How do you embark on life’s most important journey?" "How do countries choose us?" "Is traveling alone a blessing or a curse?" and "Why are people’s most genuine emotions seen in airports?"

Since the outbreak of war in Ukraine in February 2022, Alexey has been the publisher of the American art magazine Travel to Art, exploring themes like the influence of art on the subconscious, conceptual cinema, and the roles of sex and love in contemporary art. He collaborates with Ukrainian, Jewish, and African artists and has organised exhibitions during Art Basel Miami.

Currently residing in New York, he is the producer of the New York Dog Art Show, where he has curated a collection of works created by dogs from around the world.
